Information On Our Booking and Cancellation Policies

- A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required for every booking. This deposit will be taken off the grand total at the conclusion of the tour day.
- In order to make a reservation a credit card must be filed with May Your Glass Be Filled Tours.
- We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If the booking is not canceled within the 48 hour period then a $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
- A Tourism Tax of 2.6% will be applied to each tour payment to cover credit card processing fees.
- Maximum number of guests per tour is 6 people.
- No drinking, smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- If the client has a messy accident in the vehicle then the credit card on file will be charged the detailing and cleaning costs accrued.
Hourly rates and minimum tour length:
- For the Elevated Wine Experience, the minimum fee to reserve is $110.00 per hour for 1-6 people, with a 8-hour minimum.
For all other tours the following apply:
- The minimum fee to reserve for 1-2 people is $90.00 per hour with a 6-hour minimum.
- The minimum fee to reserve for 3-4 people is $100.00 per hour with a 6-hour minimum.
- The minimum fee to reserve for 5-6 people is $110.00 per hour with a 6-hour minimum.
Note: 1 hour drive time will be added to the total cost of the tour if May Your Glass Be Filled Tours has to travel more than 30 mins for pick up and drop off. Hourly price is specific to the type of tour you choose.
